Thank you for your interest in booking an online or in person therapy session with Marijana Jozic.

Please take note of my scheduling policies...

Single Sessions are 55 minutes long and take place in person or online, via Skype. (90 minute sessions available upon special request).
If you have booked an online session, please call in from somewhere quiet, with minimum distractions, to get the most from your session. Find a private room where you won't be distracted.....**Find a space where you're comfortable and you can still be alert. **Eliminate distractions by turning mobile and other devices off or so that notifications are muted...**Create a time before and after your session to transition slowly. This helps you arrive to your session more present and it helps you integrate what you've learned in your session once it's complete by not rushing into another activity afterwards. I suggest journalling, somatic meditation, or some sort of physical movement (ie. Walking, intentional dance, yoga, etc).
Payment methods accepted for in-person sessions: cash, cheque and credit card at the end of each session) or Email Money Transfer (required at least 24 hours prior to the session).
Online sessions are conducted on Jane App, an encrypted software system used widely by health professionals across Canada.
If you must cancel an appointment, please let me know at least 24 hours in advance (48 hours if you are scheduled for a Monday session). An $80 cancellation fee will be charged for sessions called with less than 24 hours notice.
Payment for non-Canadian clients is in US dollars.

Curious about Insurance Coverage?

Because I’m a registered clinical counsellor all or a portion of the session rate may be reimbursed through insurance. Payment is required at the end of our session, at which time I will provide you with an official receipt that you can send to your insurance company to be reimbursed for whatever is covered. Please check with your designated insurance company to inquire if Registered Clinical Counselling is covered under your insurance plan.

If you don’t have insurance, our session fees can also been written off as a health expense or if you’re an entrepreneur it can be classified as a business expense. It’s best to chat with you accountant on this one.

Session Rates:

My hourly session fee is $150 (+GST).

**A 3-session counselling package can be pre-purchased for new and existing clients at $425.25 (which lowers the hourly fee to $135 (+GST)).
